How does the enrollment process work?

Once you complete your enrollment, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email with access to your student portal. Within 24 hours, You will be contacted to scheudle a welcome call to meet Heather and get oriented with the program and expectations. You can begin program modules immediatly.

What payment plans are available?

The program tuition is $3,450 At checkout, you can use Afterpay or Klarna to set up a payment plan that works for your budget. Payment options through PayPal and Venmo are also available at checkout. you may speak with an Enrollment Specialist about any further payment plan otpions that may be available to you

What is your refund policy?

All payments are final once course access is granted. No refunds will be issued after access to the digital materials or coaching support has been provided. If a refund request is made prior to granting course access, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Texas RDA, minus any applicable processing fees and administrative costs. By enrolling, you agree that the course includes digital products and coaching services, which are considered non-refundable once accessed.

Do I get lifetime access to the course?

Yes! Your access to the Texas RDA course is designed to continue until you're licensed and working as a Registered Dental Assistant. Will this course qualify me to apply for my Texas RDA through the TSBDE?

Yes! Through Texas RDA, you'll be guided to complete the required state-approved exam. Once you pass, you'll receive your exam completion certificate to submit with your Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) application. While some dental assisting courses are specifically listed on the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) website, those aren't the only pathways to becoming an RDA in Texas. Texas RDA helps you prepare for the required state exams and guides you through the next steps toward your RDA credential. And the best part?
