How does the enrollment process work?
Once you complete your enrollment, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email with access to your student portal. Within 24 hours, Heather will personally contact you to welcome you to the program, answer any questions, and schedule your orientation call. You can begin your coursework immediately.
What payment plans are available?
The program tuition is $2,495 (regularly $2,997 - save $502!). At checkout, you can use Afterpay to set up a payment plan that works for your budget. Payment options through PayPal and Venmo are also available at checkout.
What is your refund policy?
All payments are final once course access is granted. No refunds will be issued after access to the digital materials or coaching support has been provided. If a refund request is made prior to granting course access, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Texas RDA, minus any applicable processing fees and administrative costs. By enrolling, you agree that the course includes digital products and coaching services, which are considered non-refundable once accessed.
Do I get lifetime access to the course?
Your enrollment gives you 90 days of full access to the course materials—enough time to work through the program at your own pace and complete your training. During that time, you'll also have direct access to me and our supportive student community for questions and guidance. Even after the course ends, you can continue to connect with our graduate community, The Texas RDA Circle, where you'll receive ongoing support, continuing education opportunities, and referrals—so you're never on your own as a Texas RDA.
Is this program approved by the State of Texas?
While Texas RDA is not listed on the TBDE website as an approved course, our program includes the Texas Approved State Exam, making it approved for RDA application purposes. Texas allows aspiring dental assistants to train on the job for up to one year while completing their RDA application, and most of our students get hired within weeks.
