Meet Heather - Lead Instructor
35+ Years of Dental Excellence
After 35+ years working in dental practices across Texas, Heather saw a problem: dental assistant programs were rigid, time-consuming, and out of reach for people who couldn't commute to a classroom or rearrange their lives to attend one. Drawing on decades of hands-on training experience, she founded Texas RDA to offer something different: practical, real-world training with a personal coach beside you every step of the way. Today, she helps students across Texas become trained, confident, and hired, on a schedule that fits their lives.
