After 35+ years working in dental practices across Texas, Heather saw a major problem: dental assistant programs were costly, time-consuming, and often unrealistic. Drawing on decades of hands-on training experience, she founded Texas RDA to offer practical, affordable, real-world education. Today, she's helped thousands of students get certified, confident, and hired—fast.
